stores. If they make a purchase, it is credited to your account,
and you will receive a commission. It's that easy!

How do I get started?

notify you within 48 hours regarding our evaluation and approval
of your site. Once you are approved, you will receive information

referring customers and earning commissions.

How much can I earn?
You can earn up to $52 for each customer that purchased one of our
programs. When you become an approved affiliate, you will receive
details on our full commission structure, as well as information
on periodic special commission events and promotions.

How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly for amounts of $25 or more earned
during the month. If the minimum of $25 is not reached in any
given month, commissions will accrue until you reach $25. You are
responsible for paying all applicable taxes on any commissions you
receive from USADentalCare.com and its web sites.

What kind of graphic materials are available for my site?
USADentalCare.com supplies a wide range of sizes and categories of
banners, text links and more. Choose the ones that you think
will appeal to your visitors the most, then download and place
them on your site. We updated our graphics frequently so that your
users see the freshest and most up to date information and you
have the best chance to convert your users!

How often can I change the graphic material?
It's up to you. You are encouraged to update your links as often
as we do. This keeps things fresh and gives you the best
opportunity to send us a customer! You can post as many links as
you want on your site. You know your users and your site, so place
banners and links where they will maximize their effectiveness . .
. and your earnings.
We do require that you use the banners and
links that we provide and do not alter them in any way. If you
need more banner sizes or graphics, just let us know and we’ll get
that to you as quickly as we can. If a link or banner is not
working, please let us know.

How will I know about sales from referrals through my link?
This is where DirectTrack comes in. Each referral and
purchase that you send to USADentalCare.com is tracked through
this software. As a USADentalCare.com affiliate, you will have

receive an email informing you of where and how to access this.
